Critically acclaimed artist Jolie Holland will release her new album Pint of Blood June 28th on Anti- Records. Known for her captivating live performances, Jolie will head out on a six-week national headlining tour beginning next June 28th in New York City.
Along with Spin, Filter, American Songwriter, USA Today and The New York Times, among many more, NPR raves, “Jolie Holland has a voice reminiscent of some of the great old blues vocalists,” calling her “one of America’s finest musical poets,” and praising her songs as “hauntingly beautiful.” Rolling Stone adds “Holland’s voice is a thing of wonder – languorous but with a sweetness that makes even the saddest sentiments comforting.”
